La comunidad provida de Nebraska se re\u00fane cada a\u00f1o para su \"Vigilia por la Vida\" y reza por los no nacidos en respuesta a la decisi\u00f3n de la Corte Suprema de Estados Unidos del a\u00f1o 2000 que anul\u00f3 una ley de Nebraska que prohib\u00eda los abortos por nacimiento parcial (com\u00fanmente conocida como \"Stenberg v. Carhart\").\u202f Esta decisi\u00f3n determin\u00f3 esto ley de Nebraska violaba los derechos de las mujeres bajo la Constituci\u00f3n de Estados Unidos.<\/p>

\"Vigilia por la Vida\" consiste en una misa, seguida de una procesi\u00f3n hasta el centro de abortos de Bellevue, Nebraska, donde se reza el Rosario y se expone la Eucarist\u00eda en el altar dentro de la iglesia.\u202f (Quienes prefieran no ir en procesi\u00f3n al centro de abortos pueden celebrar la Eucarist\u00eda desde el interior de la iglesia).<\/p>
